My Eclipse Movie Update #2 (Filming and more…) Check back on my channel for other Twilight, New Moon, and Saga updates! RATE! COMMENT!
The film’s director David Slade is tirelessly at work finishing up the editing on the third installment in the Twilight saga. But he did take a quick second to send a tweet about the status of the wolves in the next movie. Slade’s tweet said: “Wolf reviews today, looking better and better. The Eclipse story and the way we approached the film calls for a much more realistic approach.” So we’re guessing that Slade is referring to toning down the computer graphics that a lot of people thought were overdone with the wolves in New Moon. The fight scenes are stepped up in Eclipse, so a more realistic point of view, as far as the wolves are concerned, completely makes sense. This is just one small tidbit of into on Eclipse. What are you looking forward to most in the next movie? Hit the comments section to let us know. And don’t forget to stick with us here at clevvertv for constant updates on Eclipse, which by the way hits theaters in just a few months. I’m Joslyn Davis-thanks for watching.

If you thought there was no way for the “Twilight” franchise to get any bigger, you thought wrong.
“Eclipse,” the third film in the series, will be shown in the giant-screen IMAX format in addition to its regular release. Both formats will open June 30.

The IMAX release of “Eclipse” will feature digitally remastered sound and images designed to fit the enormous screens of IMAX theaters.
“The IMAX release puts us on the event film calendar for 2010, and we’re very excited to work with IMAX to bring a new kind of film to the IMAX theater network,” says Richie Fay of Summit Entertaiment, which distributes the “Twilight” movies.
“Eclipse,” directed by David Slade (“Hard Candy,” “30 Days of Night”), Bella (Kristen Stewart) will find herself in danger as Seattle is hit by a series of mysterious murders. She’ll also be forced to choose between her love for vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) and her growing bond with werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner).
The second “Twilight” movie, “New Moon,” is approaching the $260 million mark at the domestic box office.
Robert Pattinson is one busy guy!
The actor — who is currently in Vancouver, Canada, shooting Eclipse — says he’s not only starring in the third Twilight movie — he’s writing music for it, too!
“I’m trying to write some songs for the next movie,” Pattinson tells Mexico’s Joy magazine. “I don’t know if it will be possible because of my schedule, but I want to do it.

Robert Pattison writes Eclipse soundtrack?
“Music is the other side of me, it’s one of the things that complete me and I wouldn’t want to leave it aside for anything in the world. I have the intention of evolving in that aspect. It’s something I want to develop just as much as acting. I want to have a balance between those two things.”
Rob, 23, recently revealed that he’d quite like make an album — but without the help of a record label.
“I might make an album but not through a record company or anything,” he said earlier this year. “I’d like to do something independent.
“I don’t care if people buy it or not. I’d just like to have it just for myself so I can work with good musicians and stuff.
“All my friends are musicians in London. They’re very talented. My best friend wrote one of the songs on the soundtrack with another friend of mine, this guy Marcus Foster who did Bobby Long.
“I went to school with Marcus. He taught me how to play guitar and stuff. He’s an amazing writer and singer and I thought to help somebody out. I’ve got nothing to lose.”
Eclipse hits theaters next year. New Moon, the sequel to Twilight, is released in November 2009.
