The film’s director David Slade is tirelessly at work finishing up the editing on the third installment in the Twilight saga. But he did take a quick second to send a tweet about the status of the wolves in the next movie. Slade’s tweet said: “Wolf reviews today, looking better and better. The Eclipse story and the way we approached the film calls for a much more realistic approach.” So we’re guessing that Slade is referring to toning down the computer graphics that a lot of people thought were overdone with the wolves in New Moon. The fight scenes are stepped up in Eclipse, so a more realistic point of view, as far as the wolves are concerned, completely makes sense. This is just one small tidbit of into on Eclipse.
